Very often the data kept by our clients is outdated or even completely wrong and our users get an error message saying they should update their email address, mobile number of some other information with the organisation concerned. This means that you will have to contact the your school, academic institution, professional body, industry regulator, company etc. and have them update your contact details.
It is only once these details have been updated that we will get the new records and be able to match them against the details we collected and/or verified when you signed up.
Please note that some third party IT systems take time to store your information in the correct database (which we are being given access to). Usually however, we get your amended details within a few minutes.
