It may be that the verification message has been delayed by a mobile network or Internet problem.
We sometimes find that the email address or mobile number was typed incorrectly into the sign-up page. Please check it carefully.
Sometimes the verification email lands up in the junk mail folder of the recipient.
In some rare cases the verification email is blocked by the email server and the IT person responsible for the email server needs to add any email that originates from "privyseal.com" to their email "white-list" so that it is not blocked and arrives in your Inbox. Depending on your email service you may be able to do the same to ensure it is not blocked.
The verification service makes use of a timed one-time-PIN, so the OTP only works for ten minutes.
You also only have a limited number of TOTP verification attempts per day.
Please wait for ten minutes before requesting a new TOTP so that you don't run out of verification attempts. Many people click several times in a row and run out of verification attempts when the email or SMS fails to arrive or arrives after ten minutes.
If you do run out of verification attempts you will have to wait for 24 hours before trying again.
